In this role, you will communicate directly with clients, contribute to building a scalable and high\-performance platform used by external customers, and work within a modern, self\-governing engineering group. The position requires a proactive approach and a commitment to delivering quality solutions on schedule. **Responsibilities** * Develop data pipelines that aggregate information from multiple sources * Configure Agents to process and analyze incoming data * Transform Agent outputs into formats suitable for business intelligence tools * Collaborate with engineers, architects, and product managers to create a robust and scalable platform * Utilize cutting\-edge technologies from a leading tech company’s stack * Propose design and architectural solutions for the components you deliver * Focus on development activities in an environment with minimal meetings **Requirements** * Minimum of 3 years’ experience in software development and integration, covering the full system implementation lifecycle from analysis to support * At least 3 years of hands\-on Java programming experience for building and maintaining applications * Strong SQL skills for querying and managing relational databases * Experience with Agentic SDKs for developing and integrating agent\-based solutions * Practical experience in developing and configuring AI Agents to automate tasks and processes * Excellent English communication skills, including direct client\-facing interactions with stakeholders * Ability to self\-manage and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast\-paced environment * Fluent English proficiency (written and spoken) at B2\+ level or higher **Nice to have** * Experience with Data Integration platforms (ETL/ELT) for extracting, transforming, and loading data across systems * Familiarity with JUnit for unit testing Java applications * Knowledge of Mockito for mocking dependencies in Java tests * Experience with Python for scripting, automation, or data processing tasks
