Job Summary: We are seeking a nurse to provide comprehensive and specialized care, with responsibilities including medication administration, monitoring of vital signs, and interdisciplinary collaboration. Nursing staff are sought to deliver comprehensive care to users, addressing their health and assistance needs. Duties include preparing, administering, and monitoring medications according to prescriptions, as well as monitoring vital signs such as blood pressure, pulse, temperature, and oxygen saturation. Collaboration with physicians and other healthcare professionals in treatment plans is also required, along with management of clinical histories and documentation. Specialized care is provided to bedridden individuals, including postural changes and ulcer prevention. Enteral feeding via nasogastric tube and other devices is managed, along with care for users with ostomies. Personal hygiene, room-based feeding, and participation in rehabilitation activities are supervised. Pharmacy and medical supply orders are managed, and communication with family members regarding the user's health status is maintained. The position involves participating in meetings with other professionals and coordinating with health centers and hospitals. Timely detection of clinical incidents is required.
