Job Summary: We are seeking an intern to support Human Resources Management and Occupational Health and Safety, facilitating information, promoting organizational climate, and participating in enhancing the employee experience. Key Highlights: 1. Support the well-being of new collaborators and the organizational climate. 2. Serve as the first point of contact for questions and critical situations. 3. Collaborate in identifying gaps and implementing action plans. We are a garment manufacturing company located in Itagüí, seeking an intern for the **Human Resources Management and/or Occupational Health and Safety** program. **Requirements:** * Available to sign a learning contract. * Proficiency in office tools. * Ability to work in a team, demonstrate camaraderie, and assume responsibility. **What We Offer:** * **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 6:00 am \- 3:00 pm * Legal minimum wage \+ statutory benefits. **Responsibilities:** * Facilitate information regarding regulations and tools, and monitor the well-being of new collaborators (onboarding). * Promote and execute activities and events that strengthen the organizational climate. * Serve as the first point of contact for questions, complaints, or critical situations, ensuring timely escalation. * Participate in identifying gaps in the employee experience and collaborate in implementing action plans and training programs.
