This resource will assume tracking, coordination, and governance activities currently performed by the Software Development Head and partially by the IT Services Coordination team, enabling internal resources to focus on strategic and technological transformation initiatives. **Responsibilities and Authorities** **Support and Operations** * Tracking of escalated incidents and their resolution. * Coordination of periodic support meetings. * Tracking of development area requirements. * Tracking of monthly closures and associated activities. * Coordination of continuous improvement initiatives. **Requirements and Development Management** * Tracking of ongoing business initiatives and developments. * Coordination with vendors and internal teams. * Tracking of deliverables and schedule adherence. * Coordination of activities related to projects and implementations. **Secure Development and Compliance** * Tracking of vulnerability remediation plans. * Tracking of Secure Development initiatives. * Tracking of findings and action plans arising from INFOSEC audits. * Tracking of activities related to EOL (End of Life) and technological obsolescence. **Management of Low-to-Medium-Complexity Projects** * Preparation and maintenance of work plans. * Tracking of milestones, risks, dependencies, and impediments. * Coordination among business units, technology, and vendors. * Preparation of executive progress reports. **Administrative** * Validation and administrative tracking of invoices (Business As Usual). * Support in tracking budget execution. * Contractual and operational tracking of vendors. **Expected Deliverables** **Weekly** * Consolidated report of critical and escalated incidents. * Status of requirements under execution. * Status of Secure Development initiatives. * Status of assigned projects. * Identified risks, deviations, and impediments. * Tracking of commitments and open actions. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related fields. * 5–8 years of experience in technology areas. * Minimum 3 years coordinating development teams, application support teams, IT services, or technology projects. * Experience in vendor management and tracking of deliverables. * Preferred experience in financial institutions or regulated sectors. **Knowledge** * Technology project management. * Software development and application lifecycle (SDLC). * Incident, requirement, and problem management. * IT Service Management (ITIL). * Secure Development and vulnerability management. * Azure DevOps, Jira, or similar tools. * Development and tracking of metrics. * Audit management, action plans, and compliance. **Additional Information** Are you looking for a place where your ideas shine?
