We’re hiring a **hands\-on Recruiting Specialist** to help scale our Medellín office. This role focuses on hiring **sales\-focused call center agents**, **call center supervisors**, **trainers**, and **AI/technical roles** (AI developers, systems administrators). **This is not a manager\-level role — we need a strong, high\-volume recruiter.** **Responsibilities** * Source and recruit candidates for sales\-focused call center roles. * Build pipelines for AI/technical positions. * Conduct screenings, interviews, and coordinate the hiring process. * Manage candidate flow in the ATS and maintain strong communication. * Support onboarding and employer branding initiatives. * Track recruiting KPIs and deliver weekly updates. **Requirements** * 2\+ years recruiting in **BPO/call center** or **tech** environments. * Proven success hiring **sales\-oriented call center talent**. * Ability to screen for sales skills and communication quality. * Comfortable recruiting technical roles or strong willingness to learn. * Strong organizational and communication skills. * Advanced English required.
