We seek candidates with a minimum of **2 YEARS OF VERIFIED EXPERIENCE** leading and managing stores in the **RETAIL SECTOR** (experience in categories such as beauty, cosmetics, fashion, textiles, footwear, luxury accessories, or related fields is mandatory). Among the main responsibilities of this position are: leading the operational and administrative management of **two brand outlets**, optimizing daily store operations to ensure compliance with company standards, conducting ongoing monitoring, analysis, and control of commercial performance indicators (retail KPIs: average transaction value, conversion rate, units per transaction, etc.), efficiently planning and managing staff shift schedules to ensure proper operational coverage, and motivating, training, and guiding the sales team toward achieving and exceeding monthly targets. **Employment Conditions:** * **Workplace:** Alamedas Shopping Mall. * **Working Hours:** Full flexibility to work **rotating mall hours** (opening, midday, and closing shifts), Sunday to Sunday, with a designated day off. * **Contract Type:** Direct employment contract with the company, indefinite term.
