This role is critical in guiding our customers through the selection of intimate apparel, sportswear, and loungewear, ensuring warm, personalized service aligned with commercial goals. * Greet, serve, and advise customers courteously and professionally * Know the full product portfolio: sizes, item references, styles, benefits, prices, and promotions * Achieve the monthly assigned sales quota * Support store organization: product display, window setups, cleaning, and stock rotation * Verify inventory availability and report out-of-stock items or low stock levels * Inform the Store Manager about customer feedback, product updates, or competitor developments * Assist with inventory control, goods receipt, and storage organization in the warehouse or on shelves * Adhere to service protocols, personal appearance standards, and internal regulations * Contribute to point-of-sale decision-making based on direct customer interaction experience * Perform other duties as assigned by the Store Manager or Commercial Supervisor **Job Requirements:** Experience: Minimum 6 months of in-person sales experience, preferably in fashion, intimate apparel, or retail stores Academic Qualification: Technical, technological, or high school diploma Knowledge: Sales techniques, customer service, handling objections, visual merchandising (basic) Contract Type: Fixed-term employment contract Salary: To be agreed upon Benefits: Uniform provision, product discounts, incentive program participation, ongoing training Position Type: Full-time Work Location: On-site employment
