




A recognized Technology company is looking for a **Mobility Support Assistant** to join its team and perform the following duties: · Ensure response time in virtual support. · Report updates regarding the retoma platform. · Provide virtual support for the retoma program. · Manage retomas for specific partners. · Monitor stores based on each partner's performance indicators. · Perform daily testing on the platform to ensure proper functionality before operations begin. · Keep all relevant department documents properly completed (categorization, price changes, support scripts). · Guide partners in the correct use of tools provided. **Requirements to apply:** \- Student, Technician, or Technologist in administrative, business, or related fields, between 25 and 50 years old. \- Minimum of 1 year of experience in support areas. \- Knowledge of office software and social media. \- Intermediate Excel skills. \- Resilience, teamwork, empathy, problem-solving skills. **Offer conditions:** \- Work schedule: Sunday to Sunday, with one day off per week, rotating shifts from 9 am to 9 pm, fulfilling 44 weekly hours, including payment for Sundays and overtime. \- Salary: SMMLV $1\.423\.500 \+ all social benefits \+ $300\.000 commission upon achievement of performance indicators. \- Work location: Autonomous remote work from home.
