Position Summary:
We are seeking a Contract Speech-Language Pathologist to provide therapeutic care and follow-up for users, with desirable experience in neurorehabilitation.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Attention to and achievement of therapeutic objectives for users
2. Generation of progress notes for interventions performed
3. Desirable experience in neurorehabilitation
Our foundation currently requires a Contract Speech-Language Pathologist who will deliver care aimed at user well-being and the achievement of defined therapeutic objectives, and will also generate progress notes for interventions performed.
Experience in neurorehabilitation is desirable (professional practice applies). For hiring purposes.
Requirements:
\- Professional license card.
\- RETHUS.
\- Valid vaccination schedule (MMR, Tetanus, Hepatitis A, Hepatitis B, Varicella, Annual Influenza — please note that your full and valid vaccination schedule must be up to date; otherwise, you must complete it).
\- RUT (Please note that if any information has changed since issuance, you must update it).
\- Occupational health examination as a “Speech-Language Pathologist” (with emphasis on musculoskeletal and optometric assessment — must be issued by an occupational physician specialized in Occupational Safety and Health) — if you already have one, it must not be older than 6 months from issuance.
\- Civil liability insurance policy of at least COP 200 million.
\- Proof of social security payment as an independent contractor (contributing to ARL at risk level 3).
Full-time availability Monday through Friday (8:00 AM to 5:00 PM). Immediate hiring availability (interviews, assessments, onboarding).
