




An Accounting Assistant is required with technical or technological academic training in accounting or related fields. Must have knowledge of Excel and the World Office accounting software, and at least 2 years of experience. **Functions:** Process and generate accounts receivable and payable, disbursement vouchers, and cash receipts. Perform electronic invoicing and settlement. Settle and schedule payments to suppliers and contractors. Send emails and prepare letters. Track and control documents, manage inventories, and coordinate meetings. Input and record the company's accounting transactions, verify their proper accounting treatment, and perform other related duties. Perform bank reconciliations. Prepare tax filings. **Schedule:** Monday to Friday from 8 AM to 6 PM, and Saturdays from 9 AM to 12 PM (100% on-site). **Contract:** Fixed-term contract directly with the company.
