




Job Summary: Provide administrative support in executing processes, manage communications, and participate in recruitment and personnel selection. Key Highlights: 1. Participation in recruitment and personnel selection. **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Perform administrative support functions in executing processes, procedures, and activities of the respective department, in accordance with the administrative process, policies, and established guidelines. * Receive visitors, provide appropriate service, and guide them to their designated destinations to resolve relevant matters, in compliance with established service protocols. * Manage all incoming and outgoing calls, emails, and correspondence for the respective department. * Provide requested information, documents, and materials in accordance with the administrative process. * Schedule all meetings, important appointments, and calls for the respective department in the calendar, in accordance with the administrative process, policies, and established guidelines. * Conduct candidate profiling and resume screening. * Carry out selection activities. * Accounting knowledge and experience. **WORK HOURS: MONDAY TO FRIDAY, 8:00 AM TO 5:00 PM** Employment Type: Full-time Work Location: On-site
