We seek a versatile professional who can coordinate, integrate, and implement assigned administrative or personnel functions. **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES** --------------------------- * Perform routine administrative tasks within established procedures. * Schedule and coordinate meetings, calendars, and travel arrangements. * Enter routine data into standard forms and templates, and file electronic and paper documents. * Receive and relay telephone messages from internal and external sources. * Handle basic user, administrative, technical, or customer service issues under direct supervision, escalating more complex issues to appropriate staff. * Other duties as assigned. **MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS** -------------------------- * High school diploma, secondary education level, or equivalent Preferred: * Technical or technological degree * SAP experience * Proficiency in Microsoft Office * Minimum 6 months of experience in similar roles At Cargill, every person matters.
