Xerox Company (or Xerox) is an information services technology company with over 100 years of continuous redefinition of the workplace experience, and is currently seeking a Junior Onsite Support representative to manage an assigned customer account and oversee the installed base (services\-consumables\-others). **Benefits We Offer:** * A culture that offers flexibility and work\-life balance. * Competitive salaries. **Your Responsibilities:** * Manage aspects of daily operations, problem resolution, customer training, on\-site inventory support, and consumables management. * Monitor and report on services, escalating when necessary. * Request and manage orders, replace defective parts, and manage returns. * Secure and manage the parts\/consumables storage area or other inventory jointly with the account leader. * Perform equipment installation (production, backup, etc.) and software. **What You Need:** * Technical\/Technological degree or final undergraduate semester student in Systems Engineering, Electronics, or related fields. * Experience in printer and print/copy center service administration. * Experience in customer service and support, incident handling, and\/or help desk operations. * Intermediate level of MS Office.
