Your potential is our inspiration. **Where You’ll Make a Difference** ---------------------------------- * Prepare and compound fragrance formulas based on internal project requirements and lab guidelines * Apply fragrances across different product bases or matrices according to project specifications * Prepare staged evaluations following category protocols and client requirements * Execute and monitor stability studies for fragrance applications * Analyze stability results and generate reports for internal teams and external stakeholders * Manage and maintain inventory of raw materials and lab supplies * Prepare samples for sensory testing and consumer evaluations * Maintain and update laboratory documentation, protocols, and databases * Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the Scent lab **What Makes You the Right Fit** -------------------------------- * Bachelor’s degree or ongoing studies in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related fields * Basic knowledge of sensory analysis and fragrance chemistry * Basic to intermediate English proficiency (reading comprehension) * Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, reporting, documentation) * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills * Ability to manage multiple priorities in a structured environment * Effective communication and collaboration skills * Problem\-solving and critical thinking mindset * Adaptability to dynamic laboratory environments **How Would You Stand Out?** ---------------------------- * Experience in fragrance, chemical, or consumer goods laboratories * Exposure to stability protocols and sensory testing processes * Proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement **Why Choose Us?** ------------------ * Opportunity to contribute directly to fragrance development projects * Exposure to technical and creative processes within the Scent business * Collaborative and inclusive work environment * Learning and development opportunities * Participation in process improvement initiatives * Competitive compensation package We are a global leader in taste, scent, and nutrition, offering our customers a broader range of natural solutions and accelerating our growth strategy.
