Job Summary: We are seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead teams and ensure operational excellence in a fashion-oriented environment, supporting comprehensive point-of-sale management. You will serve as a key support in comprehensive point-of-sale management, coordinating and overseeing operational and commercial processes—especially in the absence of the Store Manager. You will play a strategic role in executing visual guidelines, product handling, inventory control, implementation of commercial strategies, customer service, and team coaching—ensuring achievement of store objectives and budget targets. What Do We Expect From You? Experience in team leadership within retail or the fashion industry. Knowledge of operational processes: inventory management, visual merchandising, and commercial management. Ability to coordinate, monitor, and ensure adherence to performance indicators. Strong customer and results orientation. Assertive communication, proactivity, and decision-making ability. Capacity to adapt to dynamic and challenging environments.
