The Commercial Executive must plan and execute persuasive strategies to onboard top accounts within the market while collaborating closely with mid- to senior-level management. Therefore, we seek individuals with deep market knowledge and outstanding sales skills. Role Responsibilities: * Prospect clients, diagnose their requirements, and build a value-driven solution for each. * Identify and collaborate closely with decision-makers at our commercial partners. * Establish commercial relationships with restaurant decision-makers (owners, managers, franchisees), building and nurturing long-term, win-win partnerships. * Visit restaurants daily, effectively and persuasively presenting DiDiFood’s benefits and differentiators. * Submit weekly progress reports and ensure data accuracy. * Conduct precise, personalized follow-ups with each client. * Diagnose customer needs and develop customized value propositions that maximize mutual benefit. * Negotiate commercial terms that support rapid, profitable adoption for both parties. Role Qualifications: * Degree in business administration, marketing, international business, or related fields. * Minimum 3 years of field sales, commercial prospecting, or business development experience (ideal in tech, consumer goods, or retail—but not mandatory). * Hunter mindset: Organized, proactive, competitive, and autonomous; capable of working under clear deadlines and goal-oriented. * Willingness to travel across various city zones (80% field work). * Proven oral and written communication skills, with ability to persuade others to accept service/solution concepts differing from their perspectives. * Ability and flexibility to thrive in a fast-paced, high-goal environment. * Strong sales, negotiation, and persistence skills to achieve objectives. * Client prospecting capability, with deep understanding of client needs to accurately diagnose requirements. * Basic Excel proficiency.
