Position Summary: You will be the central point in managing plant dispatch, quality control, planting, quarantines, and order routing, ensuring customer satisfaction. Key Highlights: 1. Ensures plant quality and preparation for shipment We are Plantaciones Terranova, a vegetal interior design company located in Bogota, with 3 physical branches. You will be the central point in managing plant dispatch, quality control, planting, quarantines, and order routing, guaranteeing that each customer receives the perfect product at the scheduled time. **Salary:** $1\.750\.000 plus transportation allowance **Work Schedule:** In-person, Monday to Saturday from 9:00am to 5:00pm, occasional Sundays **Contract Type:** Indefinite-term contract **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES** ✓ Plant Dispatch \- Prepare and organize plants for shipment according to each order's specifications \- Select optimal-quality plants for each customer \- Verify that plants are in perfect condition prior to shipment \- Coordinate dispatch schedules ✓ Order Confirmation \- Verify availability of requested plants \- Confirm orders with customers \- Identify inconsistencies or changes in orders ✓ Quarantines \- Perform plant quarantines according to company standards \- Ensure plants are properly arranged \- Inspect plants to detect pests or diseases ✓ Order Routing \- Organize distribution routes efficiently \- Coordinate with delivery personnel regarding routes and deliveries \- Optimize resources and delivery times Workplace: In-person employment
