Indicator Tracking and Management Meetings** **•** Update data for the daily indicator meeting presentation (Redzone). • Manage SCRUM activities arising from the daily meeting and track commitments. • Support the preparation of production performance reports and summaries. **2\. Event Management and Continuous Improvement** **•** Analyze and manage events reported in FIIX. • Support continuous improvement activities: Kaizen, 5S, GPE Program. • Conduct time studies on equipment washes and processes for efficiency analysis. • Design and manage the Autonomous Maintenance Program. **3\. Documentation and Standards** **•** Support the creation of work instructions and dissemination of operational procedures. • Develop format change standards. • Manage the release of utensils and tools from external suppliers. **4\. Audits and Projects** **•** Conduct safety audits and support process RCAs. • Perform and manage TEO (Total Efficiency of Operation). • Design and execute Orange Belt projects.
