Job Summary: Coordinate and oversee cargo transportation operations, dispatches, and goods control, ensuring fulfillment of commitments to customers. Key Highlights: 1. We are seeking a **Master Operations Manager** to coordinate and supervise Operations Managers, Supervisors, and Assistants, and to daily coordinate cargo transportation operation routes, goods dispatches, goods registration and control, completed tasks and/or supporting documents, and ensure the issuance of manifests—guaranteeing fulfillment of commitments to customers while optimizing necessary resources for execution; minimum 5 years of experience as Logistics Coordinator, Route Controller, Administration or Operations Supervisor. Provide support and monitoring for the company’s third-party fleet to fulfill requested services, complying with required documentation and scheduling. Professional degree in Logistics Administration, Business Logistics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. Salary: $3\.400\.000\=, including base salary with benefits, occupational risk insurance (AT), and variable pay **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM\- 5:30 PM; Saturday, 8:00 AM \- 12:00 AM \- 2 Saturdays per month Workplace: Puente Aranda Workplace: On-site employment
