Implement clinical and educational strategies and respond to unsolicited medical inquiries. ### **About the Role** Major Accountabilities \~ Collaborate with Medical Experts (MEs) on medical-scientific education \~ Ensure appropriate identification/mapping of MEs/Key Accounts, including identifying opportunities to involve MEs in addressing specific medical needs \~ Develop and execute ME engagement plans to effectively prioritize and engage MEs aligned with country strategy. \~ Respond to unsolicited information requests from MEs \~ Support Novartis clinical research, optimize studies, and provide scientific support to potential and actual study sites in collaboration with Clinical Operations. \~ Facilitate Investigator-Initiated Trials (IITs) upon investigator request \~ Serve as a medical resource for Field Matrix colleagues \~ Report technical complaints / adverse events / special case scenarios related to Novartis products within 24 hours of receipt \~ Distribution of marketing samples (if applicable) Key Performance Indicators \~ Lead scientific engagement with your medical experts.
