Implement clinical and educational strategies and respond to unsolicited medical inquiries. ### **About the Role** Major Accountabilities \~ Collaborate with Medical Experts (MEs) to train on medical/scientific information. \~ Ensure accurate identification/mapping of MEs/Key Accounts, including identification of opportunities to engage MEs when a specific medical need is identified to provide support. \~ Develop/execute ME engagement plans to effectively prioritize and strategically engage MEs in alignment with national strategy. \~ Respond to unsolicited requests for information from MEs. \~ Support Novartis clinical research programs, optimize trial execution, and provide scientific educational support to potential/active study sites in collaboration with clinical operations. \~ Facilitate the Investigator Initiated Trial (IIT) process upon request from the investigator. \~ Serve as a medical resource for matrix colleagues in the field. \~ Report technical complaints / adverse events / special case scenarios related to Novartis products within 24 hours of receipt. \~ Distribution of samples for product launch (if applicable) Key Performance Indicators \~ Lead scientific engagement with their medical experts.
