* **Recruitment – Nursing Assistant** **Main responsibilities:** * Assistance with basic daily activities (hygiene, dressing, feeding). * Administration and monitoring of medications as prescribed by a physician. * Measurement and recording of vital signs. * Support with mobility using assistive devices (crutches, cane, walker, wheelchair). * Accompanying the patient in authorized physical, recreational, or leisure activities. * Care of dressings and wounds as directed by medical staff. * Emotional support and effective communication with the patient. * Accompanying the patient to appointments, check-ups, and therapies. * Monitoring and adherence to prescribed diet. * Maintaining a clean and organized environment (clothing, bed, room, utensils). * Assisting the patient with communication.
