Expert advisory services on Oracle Cloud solutions We are looking for an **Oracle Sales Representative** with a minimum of 5 years of experience selling Oracle solutions, enterprise applications, and/or technology services. The ideal candidate must possess an active professional network that includes direct access to decision-makers and senior executives (C\-Level) across diverse industry sectors, as well as a proven track record of generating and developing business opportunities from such relationships. Particular emphasis will be placed on the ability to gain entry into strategic accounts, independently identify commercial opportunities, and build trusted relationships with business leaders to support the growth and positioning of **Oracle solutions.** **Responsibilities:** * Prospect, develop, and manage new business opportunities. * Foster loyalty, retain, and renew customers, ensuring long-term commercial relationships. * Manage and expand assigned accounts through upselling and cross\-selling strategies. * Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring a positive experience and high levels of satisfaction. * Identify, manage, and mitigate critical situations that may affect service continuity or quality. * Lead cross-functional teams in defining, structuring, and executing projects. * Assess requirements and prepare technical\-commercial proposals aligned with client needs. * Calculate, quote, and negotiate technology services and solutions. * Advise clients on the Oracle Cloud solutions portfolio and its optimal application within their business. * Coordinate and support implementation, adoption, and ongoing support for contracted services. * Achieve and exceed organizational sales, renewal, and growth targets. **Desired Profile:** * Strong communication and customer service skills * Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users * Analytical and problem-solving capabilities * Effective time management * Teamwork orientation **Additional Requirements:** It is essential to have an active contact portfolio of C\-Level executives and business decision-makers enabling the generation of new commercial opportunities from the outset of engagement. **Job Description:** * Hybrid work arrangement in Bogotá, with mandatory in-office presence every Wednesday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM * Remote work on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM * Indefinite-term employment contract * Base salary \+ sales-based variable compensation, details to be shared during the interview * Corporate benefits and incentives
