Our warehouse associate has the opportunity to shape our guest experience and is a vital member of our finance team. This position reports to the Assistant Procurement Manager. We have been ranked by Fortune magazine among the 100 Best Companies to Work For since 1998\. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Verify all incoming goods against delivery invoices, food specifications, and purchase records to ensure correct type, quantity, price, and quality of loaded and ordered items, and maintain safe, hygienic, and organized storage of all items. * Update respective inventory cards and rotate perishable products in storerooms. * Conduct daily, weekly, and month-end inventories for food, beverages, groceries, and miscellaneous items as required. * Handle all merchandise deliveries to respective departments within the hotel, including loading/unloading carts and placing items in appropriate storerooms. * Ensure the loading dock and receiving areas remain safe, clean, and organized. * Assist with regular cleaning and reorganization of storerooms. * Inspect all products upon hotel delivery entry to determine whether orders are accurate and of good quality. * Comply with Four Seasons workplace rules and standards of conduct. * Work harmoniously and professionally with coworkers and supervisors. **Preferred Qualifications and Competencies** * Technical degree in Hotel Services * Minimum 6 months of experience in the field * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite * Organized, proactive, team-oriented * Communication skills Learn more about what it feels like to work at Four Seasons \- visit us: http://jobs.fourseasons.com/ https://www.linkedin.com/company/four\-seasons\-hotels\-and\-resorts https://www.facebook.com/FourSeasonsJobs https://twitter.com/FourSeasonsJobs
