Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service and/or reception. · Contract Type: Permanent · Salary: Current legal minimum wage + transportation allowance · Location: Sabaneta **Job Mission:** Ensure that our customers perceive our differentiation strategy in every interaction they have with Servibarras through the reception desk. **Main Responsibilities:** Answer calls effectively and respond to customer inquiries. Manage incoming and outgoing company correspondence. Perform managerial secretarial tasks. Provide appropriate service to internal and external customers. Forward and announce incoming calls. Complete supplier registration documents. Manage ARS (Administradora de Riesgos Profesionales) documentation for contractors (request, validation, and administration). Schedule requested managerial appointments. Monitor security video cameras. Request supplies for courier services. Maintain and ensure proper care of resources and spaces in the reception area and adjacent rooms. Support Customer Service activities such as order entry, order tracking, and others.
