At GESTAM, we are looking for a **Services Technician**, responsible for supporting basic preventive and corrective maintenance activities on equipment and machinery, as well as providing operational support in tool control, inventories, and Excel-based recordkeeping. We seek a responsible, organized individual with a willingness to engage in technical and operational work. **Main Responsibilities** * Support **basic preventive maintenance** activities on equipment and machinery. * Support simple mechanical repairs following technical guidelines. * Support fieldwork, installations, and operational activities. * Verify the basic condition of tools and equipment. * Maintain order and proper care of tools and the work area. * Support inventory control of tools and materials. * Perform basic Excel recordkeeping (entries, exits, inventories). * Report damages, failures, or replacement needs. **Requirements** * **Education:** Technical degree in Mechanics, Maintenance, or related fields. * **Experience:** Minimum **1 year** in technical or operational roles. * Basic knowledge of preventive maintenance. * Basic handling of tools and equipment. * Basic Excel proficiency. * Responsible, organized individual with a strong willingness to learn. **Conditions** * Work location: Mosquera, Cundinamarca. * Schedule: Monday to Friday. * Contract and salary: 1\.750\.905 Job type: Full-time, Indefinite
