The purpose of this role is to manage tracking of spare parts orders not available in the importer’s stock, doing so as quickly as possible to mitigate impact on the end customer. **What You’ll Do:** Manage effective solutions for parts unavailable at the importer Respond to technical inquiries from the dealer network Meet customer-committed delivery dates for parts unavailable at the importer **About You** To succeed in this role, you will have: * Academic Qualification: Preferably a degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields * Solid experience of at least 2 years managing automotive spare parts catalogs and the imported spare parts procurement process * Specific Knowledge: Familiarity with automotive spare parts catalogs, Power BI, SAP, and the imported spare parts procurement process. **What We Offer:** At Inchcape, we are building the future of mobility—and we invite you to do it with us.
