Requirements: \* Technical degree in Welding, Metal Structures, or Mechanical Engineering \* Minimum 2 years of experience as an \_\*assembly welder\*\_ in fabrication, assembly, and installation of metal structures \* Proficiency in MIG, shielded metal arc welding (SMAW), and (TIG\-OPTIONAL) \* Ability to interpret structural blueprints and perform precise measurements and cuts Main Responsibilities: \* Interpret blueprints and execute work orders for projects or maintenance tasks \* Rectify welding defects and conduct periodic visual inspections \* Repair fastening components and adjust or replace weakened bolts and welds \* Assist in identifying electrical and mechanical issues \* Maintain a clean and organized workspace \* Participate in training and professional development programs related to maintenance Work Location: Cali con 13, Bogotá Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.; Saturday, 7:30 a.m. to 11:30 p.m. — EXCEPT Wednesday, 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., to fulfill the weekly 42 working hours Salary: COP 2,700,000 \+ transportation allowance COP 250,000 \+ additional bonus COP 300,000 or more depending on experience, monthly, fixed-term contract (6 months with possibility of extension to indefinite term or 1 year) Apply now and become part of our team.
