Job Summary: We are seeking Metal-Mechanical Production Operators to perform layout, cutting, and drilling of parts according to drawings and specifications, ensuring safety and quality. Knowledge of power tower layout **Metal-Mechanical Production Operators** (Layout Technicians, Cutters, and Drill Operators) HB SADELEC S.A.S., a company in the metal structures sector with projects in Bogotá and nationwide, is currently seeking **Layout Technicians, Cutters, and Drill Operators** to strengthen its production team. Main Responsibilities: * Perform layout of metal parts according to technical drawings. * Verify dimensions and tolerances prior to cutting or drilling. * Perform material cutting according to technical specifications. * Perform drilling on metal parts according to specifications. * Comply with industrial safety and quality guidelines. Requirements: * Minimum education: High school diploma. * Minimum 1 year of experience in metal-mechanical sector companies. * Ability to interpret **drawings.** * Specific knowledge of power tower or telecommunications layout. * Proficiency in manual and automatic cutting tools. * Proficiency in measuring instruments (square, tape measure, caliper, etc.). Working Conditions: * Contract type: Fixed-term for 3 months. * Salary: Range between minimum legal monthly wage (SMMLV) and $2.200.000 + statutory benefits + transportation allowance. * Work location: Fontibón, Brisas neighborhood. * Schedule: Monday to Saturday, rotating shifts.
