This position is NOT right for you if: You seek an administrative or office-based role You prefer speed over precision You lack interest in learning a technical trade You struggle to follow procedures or work with high attention to detail What You Will Do: Receive technical training in watchmaking Support and coordinate workshop operations Monitor timelines, quality, and deliveries Organize the technical team’s workload Learn inventory and service order management Develop as an operations leader Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Administration, or related field 2–5 years of professional experience Experience leading people or processes (formal or informal) Basic Excel proficiency Strong organizational skills and discipline No prior watchmaking experience is required, but genuine interest in learning is essential.
