This position is intended for those who wish to train through actual litigation and assume responsibilities—not for those seeking passive tasks. Candidates who are shy or lack the capacity to attend hearings, lead client meetings, or assume direction of legal matters should refrain from applying. The ideal candidate must demonstrate high frustration tolerance, discipline, commitment, and analytical and responsive capabilities in real-world scenarios. Proficiency in computer tools such as Word and Excel is valued, as is experience consulting and tracking cases in the Judicial Branch and SAMAI systems, along with willingness to provide comprehensive support for legal management. The objective of this position is to acquire real-world experience in legal practice, with active participation in proceedings and direct involvement in litigation activities.
