Accounting Analyst (Treasury knowledge mandatory)

Job Summary: We are seeking an Accounting Analyst with mandatory experience in Treasury to efficiently and accurately manage the company's financial and accounting operations. Key Highlights: 1. We are looking for an Accounting Analyst with mandatory Treasury experience to join our team at JL OUTSOURCER S.A.S. Your role will be pivotal in the company’s financial and operational management. We need someone with solid knowledge of accounting and financial practices, and a proven ability to efficiently and accurately handle treasury operations. RESPONSIBILITIES: Process payments via banking portals (suppliers, payroll, reimbursements, advances). Validate settlements and apply payment models; report daily balances of domestic and foreign banks. Record internal memos, disbursement vouchers, monetization, and foreign exchange differences in the accounting software. Perform daily bank reconciliations in the accounting software. Ensure confidential handling of information and proper compliance with applicable regulations. Prepare weekly payment reports. Comply with all policies, instructions, procedures, and other documents required for the performance of your duties. Any other functions and responsibilities assigned by your immediate supervisor. KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS: Accounting software (Siesa InterpriSe), intermediate-level Office tools, primarily Excel. CONDITIONS: Degree in Public Accounting. Two (2) years of related experience. Salary: COP $2,200,000 plus social benefits.
