Position Objective Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to establishment standards, delivering excellent customer service while ensuring quality, presentation, and compliance with hygiene regulations. Responsibilities: Manage beverage preparation and service at events and venues. Coordinate with the service team to ensure excellence in customer service. Analyze customer needs and adapt beverages according to requirements. Maintain a clean and organized workspace. Prepare classic and signature cocktails. Serve customers at the bar courteously and efficiently. Recommend beverages based on customer preferences. Keep the workspace clean and organized. Monitor liquor and supply inventory. Comply with food hygiene and handling regulations. Handle cash register (if applicable). Support special events or services. Requirements: Previous experience as a bartender. Knowledge of mixology techniques and a wide variety of beverages. Cocktail or bartending course preferred. Availability to work shifts, including weekends.
