Management of continuous improvement and effective communication COLLECTIONS DIRECTOR A prominent Colombian company specializing in portfolio administration, standardization, and recovery is seeking a Collections Director — a professional with strategic vision, leadership capabilities, and a results-driven orientation, capable of ensuring the organization’s operational, financial, and service objectives are met. Ensure compliance with organizational strategies, Service Level Agreements (SLAs) established with clients, and portfolio recovery targets by planning, directing, monitoring, and controlling preventive and pre-legal collection operations. Additionally, ensure implementation of continuous improvement plans, adherence to the Integrated Management System (IMS), and effective communication with clients, executives, and other stakeholders. REQUIREMENTS Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. Postgraduate specialization in Project Management, Strategic Management, or related areas is desirable. Minimum of 4 years’ experience in operational leadership roles within collections companies, call centers, BPOs, or financial institutions. Knowledge of and experience using management and productivity indicators in collections. Familiarity with regulations applicable to collections and portfolio recovery activities. Experience with quality and service methodologies such as COPC is desirable. Proficiency in office tools and information analysis. COMPETENCIES Leadership and team development. Strategic planning. WORKING CONDITIONS Salary: COP $5,500,000 + an attractive commission scheme based on performance. Indefinite-term employment contract directly with the company. Working hours: Monday to Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., and Saturday mornings. Work modality: On-site.
