A prominent financial sector company is currently seeking an Accounting Analyst to support the account reconciliation process, ensuring the accuracy and consistency of the organization's accounting and financial records. Compare internal financial statements with external documents, efficiently identifying and resolving discrepancies. Contribute to improving accounting and administrative processes, ensuring financial information integrity and facilitating informed decision-making. Main Responsibilities Download daily bank transaction files from the banking portal. Download daily ledger transaction files from the accounting application. Match transactions and generate reconciliation reports for investment fund accounts and commission agent companies. Provide reconciliation support for transactions. Monthly closing, generation of bank statements, and ledger reporting. Prepare reports summarizing reconciliation results, presenting findings and recommendations to supervision or management. Ensure reconciliations are performed in accordance with internal policies and procedures, as well as applicable accounting regulations. Requirements: Technical or Technological Degree in Accounting Minimum 2 years of experience as an Accounting Analyst, preferably in stock brokerage firms or trust companies.
