Job Summary: We are seeking a Lawyer (A) to manage and advise on legal matters with affiliates, ensure legal compliance, and represent the company in judicial proceedings. Key Responsibilities: 1. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and advising on legal matters with our affiliates. Your role will be critical in ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations, as well as representing the company in judicial and administrative proceedings involving our affiliates when necessary. Your primary responsibilities include reviewing and analyzing contracts, advising on labor law matters, representing the company in litigation, and overseeing general legal matters impacting our operations. Additionally, you must collaborate with other departments to ensure all activities are conducted in accordance with legal regulations. A strong academic background in law is required, along with prior experience in a corporate or legal environment. You must possess effective communication skills, the ability to work under pressure, and meticulous attention to detail.
