Coordination with Marketing to enhance alliance visibility Objective: Strengthen and expand commercial relationships with strategic partners through effective management of an assigned portfolio. The role aims to identify mutually beneficial collaboration opportunities, develop and execute joint initiatives with partners, and explore new strategic alliances that drive the company's sustainable growth. Responsibilities: - Participate in initial meetings with potential partners to support the definition of commercial terms and analyze synergy opportunities. - Design and execute specific action plans for each partner, considering their category and unique characteristics. - Strengthen partner relationships through collaborative initiatives and continuous analysis of new opportunities. - Maintain direct, professional, and close relationships with assigned partners. - Coordinate initiatives with the Marketing department to increase alliance and company visibility. - Submit monthly progress reports to partners, including the status of referred leads and corresponding commission payments. - Manage billing and collection processes for wholesale partners and suppliers. - Handle leads referred by partners, providing quotations, follow-up, and customized support. - Identify and evaluate new suppliers that complement the company's services, developing value propositions. - Prepare and analyze internal departmental reports related to partner management. - Keep partner files, folders, and information up to date. - Address client and lead inquiries regarding tax and immigration matters or any other topic of interest, ensuring continuous case follow-up. - Perform other duties inherent to the role and aligned with company needs.-Requirements- Minimum education: University degree / Professional program 1 year of experience Languages: English Keywords: leader, head, manager, director, chief, lead, leadership, supervisor
