Position Summary:
Manage cancellation procedures, including receipt, document verification, minutes preparation, and follow-up, ensuring regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Handle cancellation procedures and legal documentation.
2. Maintain updated records and ensure regulatory compliance.
3. Respond to inquiries and coordinate with external entities.
Receive and register cancellation requests submitted by users, financial institutions, and authorized representatives.
Verify compliance with legal and documentary requirements for cancellation procedures.
Review public deeds, certificates of tradition, and other supporting documents.
Prepare minutes, official letters, and other documents related to cancellation processes.
Enter information into the notary's internal systems and maintain updated databases.
Track the status of procedures and ensure adherence to response timeframes.
Respond to in-person, telephone, and email inquiries regarding cancellation processes.
Coordinate with registry offices and other entities as necessary for proper completion of procedures.
Ensure compliance with notarial, registry, and personal data protection regulations.-Requirements- Minimum education: University / Technical degree
Less than 1 year of experience
Languages: Spanish
Knowledge: Administrative support, SAP process integration administration
