




Job Summary: A major company is seeking on-site and remote Technical Support Technicians to provide technical support for computers and operating systems. Key Highlights: 1. ITIL knowledge required A major company requires personnel for the position of ON-SITE AND REMOTE TECHNICAL SUPPORT TECHNICIAN; high school diploma, technical or technological degree in computer systems or related fields, with a minimum of 6 months of experience in technical support for computers and operating systems. ITIL knowledge is mandatory (this knowledge will be assessed via a technical test). Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 AM–6 PM; Saturday half-day (44 weekly hours). Salary: $1750.905 + all statutory benefits + transportation allowance $150,000. Fixed-term contract for 4 months per project. 100% on-site work in Teusaquillo.
