




Job Summary: Coordinate and manage supply chain activities, including purchase orders, supplier follow-up, and non-conformance management. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manage the supply chain and purchase orders 2. Monitor suppliers and quotations 3. Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations Carry out assigned responsibilities in accordance with the supply chain procedure. Prepare and issue purchase and/or service orders to suppliers per established procedures, and conduct appropriate follow-up. Ensure supplier delivery and tracking of purchase/service orders. Record and track non-conformances identified in purchases and services, and report to coordination for proper closure. Request quotations and prepare comparative analysis tables. Comply with all guidelines and responsibilities designated by the Occupational Health, Safety, and Environmental Management System. Other assigned responsibilities.
