Job Summary: We are seeking a Cargo Checker to support import and export operational processes by verifying and legalizing cargo in the WMS system. Key Highlights: 1. Support operational import and export cargo processes. 2. Ensure proper handling and legalization of goods. 3. Identify pictograms and apply appropriate handling procedures for goods. A logistics and cargo company is looking for a Cargo Checker to support import and export operational processes. The individual will be responsible for physically inspecting, recording, and reporting anomalies related to cargo inspection, ensuring correct handling and legalization of cargo via the WMS system. **Main Responsibilities:** * Physically verify cargo and record quantities in the WMS system. * Request and review daily operations scheduling. * Manage inspection documentation for freight carriers and airlines. * Report cargo overages, shortages, and anomalies. * Take photographic records of goods with anomalies or damage. * Conduct cargo searches before reporting shortages. * Legalize flights using the WMS operational system. * Identify pictograms and apply appropriate handling procedures for goods. * Ensure adherence to established timeframes for unloading and legalization. * Record operational anomalies in internal forms and systems. * Assist in cargo storage and warehouse organization. **Requirements:** * High school diploma. * Minimum 6 months of experience in logistics operations, warehouse management, or cargo handling. * Basic proficiency in office software and email. * Strong written communication and spelling skills. * Availability to work rotating shifts. **Working Conditions:** * Salary: $1\.800\.000 \+ $75\.000 bonus * Rotating shifts: 6:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m. / 2:00 p.m. – 10:00 p.m. / 10:00 p.m. – 6:00 a.m. * Work schedule: Monday to Sunday, with scheduled rest days.
