Job Summary: We are seeking a Compliance Lead with experience ensuring adherence to processes, legislation, and internal policies, while reinforcing internal control and risk management. Compliance Lead We seek a professional with analytical thinking, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills who wishes to assume a strategic role in strengthening our **compliance and internal control** processes. What will be your challenge? You will be responsible for leading and strengthening Compliance processes, ensuring compliance with Colombian labor legislation, internal policies, and corporate requirements. Your key responsibilities will include: Managing and maintaining up-to-date Compliance documentation. Preparing the organization for audits, inspections, and investigations. Coordinating visits and requests from entities such as the Ministry of Labor. Identifying, assessing, and monitoring compliance risks. Designing and monitoring action plans in response to findings. Collaborating cross-functionally with **Legal, Human Resources, and Operations** teams. Preparing reports and dashboards for tracking Compliance metrics. Identifying trends and proposing preventive actions. Ensuring proper implementation and documentation of policies and procedures. What are we looking for? A professional with a degree in **Law, Business Administration, Accounting, Industrial Engineering, Risk Management, Compliance, or related fields.** **3 to 5 years of experience** in Compliance, auditing, internal control, risk management, or related areas. Knowledge of: * Internal control systems. * Risk management and assessment. * Applicable legislation and regulation in Colombia. * Auditing and control evaluation. * Development and monitoring of policies and procedures. * Incident investigation and analysis. * Excel and Microsoft Office tools. Experience in **BPOs, multinational companies, or highly regulated environments** is a plus.
