We are looking for someone eager to contribute to the development, implementation, and support of enterprise solutions—helping optimize processes and generate value through technology. **What will be your challenge?** * Administer and provide support for enterprise platforms, primarily Zoho One and other company technological solutions. * Participate in CRM and ERP tool implementation, configuration, and enhancement projects. * Support system integration processes via APIs and automation. * Manage and resolve technical requests and incidents. * Conduct functional testing and validations prior to production deployment. * Train and guide users in adopting technological tools. * Identify improvement opportunities enabling process optimization through technology. **What are we looking for?** * Bachelor's degree or technical diploma in Systems Engineering, Software Development, or related fields. * Experience in administration, implementation, or support of technological platforms. * Knowledge of Zoho, CRM, ERP, or enterprise management tools. * Familiarity with integrations, APIs, databases, or business process automation. * Analytical ability, proactivity, service orientation, and enthusiasm for problem solving. **What do we offer?** * **Contract:** Indefinite term * **Location:** Bogotá D.C. (near Calle 100 station and Autonorte) * **Work schedule:** Monday to Friday, 42 hours per week * **Work modality:** In-person * **Salary:** Range of $3\.600\.000 to $4\.000\.000 \+ applicable surcharges * Job stability and a positive work environment * Opportunities for learning, certifications, and professional development Application Questions: * List the enterprise platforms you have directly worked with (CRM, ERP, Help Desk, Automation, etc.). * Operations follow the U.S. calendar.
