Data Solutions Specialist is a hybrid role connecting data engineering with business transformation. As 70% of the role is dedicated to developing and managing robust data flows, your mission will be to transform diverse data sources into a consolidated, high-quality asset for the Group. You will also participate in local AI adoption to drive operational excellence within the subsidiary. Acting as the technical interface, you will translate specific business challenges into scalable data and AI solutions. **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:** **Data and Automation** * Develop, streamline, and maintain automated data pipelines. * Integrate diverse information sources (internal and external). * Ensure data quality, integrity, scalability, and performance. * Guarantee local data governance. * Develop local teams to comply with data entry standards and privacy regulations (GDPR/Compliance). **Data and AI Implementation** * Implement and integrate AI tools and automated pipelines into local workflows to improve operational efficiency and technical performance. * Conduct technical analyses with key users to develop analytical capabilities and ensure technical compliance and scalability of local data projects. * Design and facilitate training sessions (e.g., “lunch \& learn”) to foster a data-driven culture and demystify AI usage within the subsidiary. **Project Coordination** * Act as the primary bridge between the subsidiary’s business needs and the central Data/AI strategy. * Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, delivery timelines, and deliverables. * Ensure technical documentation and knowledge transfer. * Promote knowledge sharing. **EXPERIENCE** * Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering or related field, with at least 3 years of experience in the area. * Advanced proficiency in SQL and Python for data automation. * Knowledge of API integration, version control (Git), modern data pipeline tools (e.g., Talend, Data Factory), cloud environments (GCP/Azure), and Power Platform (Power Apps). * Knowledge of Power BI is a plus. * Demonstrated “business translation” capability: converting ambiguous business needs into structured technical requirements and AI use cases. * Advanced English (mandatory) and Spanish proficiency. **Contract Type:** Fixed-term contract Regardless of your area of expertise, your work within the Servier Group contributes to advancing therapeutic progress for the benefit of patients.
