The ideal candidate has 3 years of experience and takes genuine ownership of full development processes under the guidance of the Technical Leader/CTO. They operate autonomously on standard-complexity tasks, scale as needed, and are measured by the quality of their code, willingness to learn, and genuine commitment to doing high-quality work. **Responsibilities** *Development and Delivery* * Implement end-to-end features following the Technical Leader’s architectural decisions. * Take ownership of assigned tasks—from technical design through deployment—without requiring constant supervision for standard tasks. * Honestly estimate development effort and proactively communicate blockers. * Maintain and improve the existing codebase: refactoring, bug fixes, and technical debt reduction. * Document code and technical decisions in Notion according to team standards. *Quality and Continuous Improvement* * Actively participate in code reviews, giving and receiving technical feedback openly and thoughtfully. * Use Claude Code or other AI tools to accelerate development and improve code quality. * Identify opportunities for improvement in the codebase and propose them to the Technical Leader/CTO. * Contribute to the automated test suite in coordination with the QA analyst. **The Ideal Candidate** The ideal candidate deeply understands technical requirements and the real-world impact of what they build.
