Your primary responsibility will be to execute and ensure proper, consistent, and efficient electrical power service in our facilities. (Work is performed on rotating shifts; therefore, the base salary is subject to increases due to shift premiums and overtime hours.) Main Responsibilities: \*Inspect electrical lighting in common areas. \*Inspect pumping systems. \*Inspect electrical power plants. \*Perform electrical installations. \*Inspect hot spots in substations and electrical rooms. \*Support other maintenance tasks. Mandatory Requirements: Experience: Minimum 1 year in similar positions. Knowledge of electricity, plumbing, painting, carpentry, or related fields. Height safety training course.
