Coordinate and manage human resources processes and the Integrated Management System, ensuring regulatory compliance and employee welfare.

Requirements and Qualifications:
* Professional degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Psychology, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields in human resource management.
* Specialization or course (minimum 50, 20 hours) in Occupational Health and Safety (OHSMS).
* Valid Occupational Health and Safety license (Resolution 908 of 2025).
* Experience in payroll and affiliation processes with the General Social Security System.
* Minimum 2 years of experience coordinating Human Resources, with concurrent responsibility for OHSMS/IMS functions.
Responsibilities:
* Coordinate compliance with regulatory, legal, and documentary requirements of the IMS applicable to HR.
* Manage recruitment, hiring, affiliations, and terminations in accordance with internal policies and labor regulations.
* Monitor the updating and validity of employment records, job profiles, position descriptions, and personnel documentation.
* Supervise the implementation of employee onboarding, re-onboarding, and training programs.
* Coordinate payroll administration, labor updates, medical leaves, licenses, and associated records.
* Manage the filing, control, and updating of IMS documents and forms linked to HR.
* Track area performance indicators and generate compliance reports for management.
* Coordinate employee welfare activities, organizational climate initiatives, and human talent development programs.
* Support internal and external IMS audits, managing corrective, preventive, and improvement actions.
* Ensure internal communication of IMS policies, procedures, document changes, and guidelines.
* Verify compliance with competency, certification, and training requirements for operational and administrative staff.
* Manage responses to employee requests, complaints, or inquiries related to HR or the IMS.
* Coordinate with other departments to ensure IMS standards are met in operational and administrative processes.
