Job Summary: Responsible for administering and controlling the inventory of equipment and technological assets, ensuring proper management of receipts, issuances, and availability for operations. DESCRIPTION Responsible for administering and controlling the inventory of equipment, assets, and technological items stored in the warehouse, ensuring accurate management of receipts and issuances, as well as traceability and availability of items required for operations. ### **Main Responsibilities** * Monitor and record warehouse receipts and issuances of items, ensuring traceability of each movement. * Administer and maintain up-to-date physical and documentary warehouse inventory. * Track serial numbers, references, quantities, and statuses of equipment and assets. * Manage preparation and dispatch of equipment and technological items to client branches. * Coordinate shipments and deliveries to various branches, ensuring timely dispatch of requested items. * Conduct periodic reconciliations between physical inventory and system records, identifying and managing potential discrepancies. * Generate inventory reports, warehouse movement logs, delivery and dispatch records for operational tracking and control. * Ensure appropriate storage, organization, and custody of assets under warehouse responsibility. REQUIREMENTS Technical or technological degree in Systems or Telecommunications, or related fields. ITIL Foundation v4 certification is desirable. Advanced knowledge of office software support, microcomputing, laptop and PC support, printers, multifunction devices, antivirus, operating systems, and remote management systems. Basic knowledge of networks and telecommunications. Minimum 1.5 years of experience in service desks, customer service handling, and telephone communication skills. Intermediate knowledge of Excel
