A reputable **architectural woodworking** company seeks a professional or technologist in Administration, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or related fields, with 2 years of inventory management experience (preferably using World Office software), control of incoming/outgoing goods, procurement, warehouse staff management, and strong Excel and MS Office proficiency.
Prior knowledge and hands-on experience handling materials and supplies for the wood carpentry industry are mandatory. (Wood panels, melamine, laminates, hardware)
Teamwork, leadership, commitment, and customer service orientation are essential.
**Key Responsibilities and Functions:**
* Control and receipt of raw materials for production.
* Coordinate weekly cyclic inventory counts.
* Plan and dynamically manage warehouse organization according to production requirements.
* Submit purchase requests for materials based on production requisitions and current inventory status.
* Ensure timely delivery of materials to production lines and dispatch of supplies and hardware to job sites.
* Manage and maintain real-time raw material inventory in the ERP software (World Office).
* Record invoices, material receipts, and material issues in the ERP system according to project cost centers.
* Supervise warehouse support staff.
* Manage and document departmental processes; drive continuous improvement.
