EDUCATION: Technical, Technological, and/or Professional Degree in Systems Engineering, Electronics, or related fields. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Design and implement solutions for system management and monitoring to ensure that services and operational processes supporting Aportes en Línea’s products execute and function correctly according to defined quality standards and fulfill requirements established with various stakeholders. * Execute process automation activities to ensure continuous improvement of operational processes. * Monitor operational process execution in accordance with established guidelines to support fulfillment of committed service-level agreements. * Resolve customer requests regarding incidents and new requirements to support proper operation of offered services. * Document operational processes to maintain an up-to-date knowledge base on service operations and thereby ensure accurate knowledge transfer. * ETL review, application support * SQL proficiency * Database management * Windows * File handling * Scrum, ITIL * Relational and non-relational databases * Experience: 2 years in operations and/or back-office areas. * Note: Remote work position (100% virtual); applicants may apply from anywhere in the country.
